Born and raised in the hospitality world, Ilan was exposed to all aspects of the industry. Both a musician and photographer, Ilan has developed a profound understanding of how to enhance vibe and style, capturing the senses and spirit of our guests. He has introduced award winning concepts that elevated the standard of hospitality, reflected in his impeccable track record and 25 years’ experience. A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Ilan’s path includes distinguished roles with Standard International, The Leading Hotels of The World, Starwood Hotels’ first W Hotel, The Luxury Collection, Hotel Victor, Island Outpost, among others. Most recently, Ilan has led activations at Miami’s Design District as well as providing creative direction for Brookfield’s Hospitality’s division.

A Brand Marketing professional with 18 years of experience in strategic and creative thinking for hospitality and lifestyle brands, Lilaj’s fascination for hospitality comes as no surprise.  Considered a modern day ‘Eloise’, she was born and raised in hotels across the globe due to her hotelier father.  Lilaj grew deeply passionate about building brands through establishing impactful connections with guests, consumers and communities.  A Cornell Hotel School graduate, Lilaj has spent the majority of her career working for inspiring brands such as Soho House and Gansevoort to name a few.  No matter her post, she fulfills her job by embracing the ever-changing rule(less) world of branding, partnerships and marketing.   Connecting dots, connecting people, creating content is her passion.   Lilaj is a progressive thinker always ready to identify and conquer the next challenge that leads to new high-value collaborations and synergies.

Rick Segal has set standards that have redefined the way the business is run. His contributions have been recognized by such important trade publications as Conde Nast Traveler, Leaders, Food & Wine and Travel & Leisure among others. Rick’s experience has been one of ethical and professional standards, coupled with a passion for developing new ways of understanding the hospitality industry. His operational knowledge and corporate experience help owners maximize revenue; increase their asset value while delivering a superior guest experience.   Rick has led iconic flagship properties including The St. Regis New York for a decade, bestowed with Five Mobil Stars and Five Triple Diamonds for both Hotel and its restaurant Lespinasse.  As SVP of Starwood’s The Luxury Collection, he was instrumental establishing luxury standards and inspiring a global team.  In Chicago, Rick opened and led the Park Hyatt brand, including its flagship Park Hyatt Chicago Hotel and award-winning restaurant NoMI. Rick is a 20-year-old veteran of the Chain de Rotisseurs and in 2005 was inducted into The Tavern Club.
